I love doing these projects the most since they are forever and not dependent on whether or not a website is online or not. After a certain amount of time, websites either change or disappear completely, whereas a home DVD will always be there. For programs I use DVD-Lab for the actual DVD authoring and menus. Photoshop for the cover artwork and any graphics. For the slideshows I use Pro Show Gold which is an amazing little program.
